Taos Downtown Historic District, NM – With over 65 galleries, shops and restaurants, the historic Taos Plaza was the site of the original Spanish settlement. It is the center of the downtown area and five of their seven museums are within a five-block walking area.
Anderson-Abruzzo International Balloon Museum, Albuquerque, NM – This one-of-a-kind museum full of unique & beautiful balloons is dedicated to the worldwide history, science, and art of all types of ballooning and lighter-than-air flight.
Guided Tour of Taos – Located in New Mexico’s high desert it is bounded by the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Known for its historic adobe buildings such as Taos Pueblo, a multistory adobe complex inhabited by Native Americans for centuries. As a longtime artist colony, Taos also offers many galleries & museums showcasing regional artwork.
Historic Downtown Gallup, MN – Located on historic Route 66, this small city has Native American crafts and cultural exhibits.
Loretto Chapel – This former Roman Catholic church is now used as a museum. Known for its unusual helix-shaped spiral staircase.
Santa Fe Plaza – This historical landmark is the center gathering place many know as “the heart of Santa Fe.”
