Day 1 – Feel the excitement building as we travel to our first stop – Branson – for dinner and a show.
Day 2 – The Clinton Presidential Library in Little Rock contains multimedia presentations for a look into an interesting period of history. Enjoy the lovely waterfront in Vicksburg, Mississippi before settling in for the night.
Day 3 – On the mighty Mississippi River, Vicksburg was vital for the Confederacy to survive. The National Military Park gives a lesson on the history and culture of the area during the Civil War. As we enter Louisiana, tour the magnificent capitol building in Baton Rouge, and then spend time sightseeing in the New Orleans French Quarter.
Day 4 – Start the day with a step-on-tour of the Crescent City. See St. Louis Cathedral with its triple steeples overlooking Jackson Square. The Cathedral-Basilica of St. Louis King of France is the oldest Catholic cathedral in continuous use in the U.S. You’ll tour the Beaugard Keys House. This New Orleans landmark was built in 1926 and was fully restored to its Victorian splendor beginning in 1945.
